There is a Huge Mango Tree. I love this cause every year beautiful fruit it produces large mangos. There is RIng security camera on UNIT A doorbell hardwired that view shows entire front view. There are expensive SMart locks on both front doors. Can operate anywhere with WiFi and unlock doors and change codes. Also locks can set up hook up with ability of system which automatically will change the codes for each booking automatically .
There is outside UNIT B has on right side a white fence for garbage cans . Larger fence and also unit A side fence is smaller. There is a private storage room and washer and dryer room all in one attached door entry from back porch. The porch faces Canal view. SO Peaceful Wildlife… Alligators can be swimming in canals and not fenced in.

If coming from Port Charlotte can take 776 Mcall Road and at corner 41 (Tamiami Trail ) GO towards Engelwood. Than once approach Sunnybrook and turn left there and than you will then make a Right on Boundary. BOUNDARY runs in a circle around and roads brand off so you can access from many side roads that come into Boundary blvd. Then on the Left hand side is an CANAL and before long you will approach 130 Boundary blvd Rotonda West Fl 33947 which will be located on your left hand side. This also has a Walmart close by and you can exit into North Port taking Winchester blvd and that goes into River road which is the Interstate Exit 191. You do not have to take 776 back to Port Charlotte if choosing to go to North Port , Venice , or North. you can just simply keep taking 776 heading in same direction north. It will eventually lead into 41 (Tamiami Trail) that you can go over Venice Island or keep going north 41 or straight to EXIT interstate ramp 191 Riverraod .
