The adjacent den, equipped with a Murphy bed, can serve as additional sleeping quarters or a remote office with its convenient desk.

The living room, featuring a plush sofa and a Smart TV, opens to a balcony with outdoor seating for two, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while overlooking the pool and distant views of Sarasota Bay. House Rules: No smoking or burning candles inside the lodging. No parties. No Pets. Amenity fob and keys must be left in the unit prior to departure to avoid a $150 fee. Your reservation may require completing a Homeowners Association application with personal details.
