Greg and Cynthia Brock are both Broker/Owners with Gulf Sands Realty. Cynthia has been in the real estate business since 1994 and Greg started in 2004. I was referred to Cynthia by a broker from her agency on the other coast when we decided to check out the Lakewood Ranch area. Even though we were undecided what we wanted to buy and where we wanted to buy, Cynthia and her husband Greg, stuck with us for many showings, even some over an hour away. We didn't buy that time and several months later we contacted Cynthia to sell a condo we had purchased from the owners of our rental we had been staying in to try out the area. Cynthia was knowledgeable about the market and gave us many tips about showing the property. She even went in and got it ready for showings when I was back in the Midwest.
